R. (Redlichia). facial and rostral sutures present [...] Glabella long and tapering forward; glabellar furrows shallow; occipital furrow also shallow, with deeper lateral portions. Eye lobe long, with extremity almost reaching the axial furrow in adults. Librigena wide. Posterolateral limb repeating the structure of the posterior half of the thoracic pleurae and in some also with advanced intergenal spines. Short occipital spine in some species. [...] Thoraw gradually decreasing in width (tr.) posteriorly; pleurae with spines advanced o,n anterior and falcate on posterior segments. Pygidium with 3 segments, dimorphic in each species. One morph with narrow,depressed flanks and arched posterior margin, the other with continuous doublure and more or less rounded posterior magin.

Eoredlichia. Glabella tapering forward, frontal lobe well rounded; S1 and S2 long, deep, and backward-oblique proximally; S3 shallow, narrow (tr.), and indistinct; occipital ring longer sagittally and slightly trisegmented longitudinally in well-preserved specimens; preglabellar field same length (sag.) as or slightly shorter or longer than cranidial border; anterior section of facial sutures divergent; facial line near and parallel to the anterior sections of facial suture; clightly advanced genal spine. [...] Thorax with 15 segments. Pygidium small, trasversely ovate, with anteriorly ankylosed segment and large, ovate or subrounded terminal piece having 1 or 2 pairs of pits.
Guadra se riesci a distinguere le varie caratteristiche dei due generi descritti nel tuo esemplare. Quello che mi ha fatto propendere per Eoredlichia é lo sviluppo graduale del thorax e la lunghezza delle spine genali. Conta il numero di segmeni assiali che non li distinguo bene nella tua foto. Il simbolo [...] significa che il testo trattava di caratteri non visibili sul tuo esemplare come l'hypostoma o la doublure.
La foto sul sito di Sam, come ha postato Phyllo, effettivamente gli assomiglia, ma su altri siti la morfologia non mi convinceva. Evidentemente se lo é tanto meglio.
